You should purchase tickets from the Santa at Home website. All tickets/sessions are subject to avaialbility.
Sessions will last up to 12 minutes and can be booked at the following times:
23 – 30 November
Monday - Thursday 2pm – 7pm
Saturday - Sunday 10am – 8pm
1 – 24 December
Monday – Sunday 10am – 8pm
Tickets/sessions will be available to purchase til 5pm the day before the session is due to take place. This is to give us time to process the booking and get all the information we require from the grown-ups.
Whilst Santa at Home is suitable for everyone. We recommend that children aged 3 - 10 will benefit most form this being a magcial experience.
Up to 6 children can join the call and there can be unlimited invited grown-ups.
Each Santa at Home session will last up to 12 minutes.
Your confirmation email should come from email@example.com. If you have not received your e-ticket then please check your spam folder and if you need any further assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your Zoom link for your Santa at Home experience will be sent to you up to up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. It will be sent to the email address that you purchased the session with. The email will come from email@example.com so make sure you add it to your address book.
Yes, we will email you a reminder 24 hours before the booking with the Zoom link.
Santa's elves would advise you join the Zoom call 5 minutes before it is due to start.
Make sure you have your camera and microphone on, so Santa can hear and see you.
If you would like to be able to see everyone during your session make sure you select "gallery" view in Zoom.
If you would just like to see Santa then right click in the small dots in the right hand top corner and slect "Pin". This will keep Santa on your screen with all other participants down the side of your screen. You can also minimise the side bar by selcting the small line at the top left corner.
Sessions are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Sadly, Santa is very busy and if you miss your booking we will not be able to offer another one or extension to your timeslot.
No, Santa will be having is well deserved sleep after travelling around the world delivering presents all night.
Yes, please email email@example.com to organise a relaxed session. If you have already booked a session and require it to be relaxed please include your order number in your email.

Santa will be coming to you live from his Grotto at the North Pole.
Santa wanted to ask the children different questions so that there was variation to the session.
Santa will ask one of the Elves to mute the child and say that he’s loved speaking to them but will come back to them shortly after he’s had a chat with the others on the call.
Yes, Santa's elves will record your session for you so you can cherish the memories forever.
We will aim to send you your recording up to 3 days after your session finished.
If you do not want your Santa at Home session recorded please make sure you select "NO" in the information required for Santa. You will get a link sent to you to complete this in your confirmation email after booking.
Yes, we encourage you to take as many pictures as possible. Don't forget to tag us in them at @santaathomeofficial on Facebook and Instagram. All sessions will be recorded and shared with you afterwards so you can keep the magical memories alive forever. You can opt out of your session being recorded on submitting your additional information.
