You can book your Santa at Home session at www.santaathomeofficial.com/whats-on/santa-at-home
Once you have booked your session, you will see on the confirmation screen a link that will allow you to fill out some additional information to help Santa, and make it a fully unique and magical experince for all the children joining the call.
Don't worry if you miss it, it will also be in your confirmation email.
Up to 6 children can be on one call. This is to ensure all children get the best possible experience!
Santa is happy to call children of any age, but we feel children aged between 3 and 10 get the most out of the experience!
Each Santa at Home session will last up to 12 minutes.
All of Santa at Home calls will be made through Zoom. It is free and easy to use, you’ll have time to test it before your booking.
Zoom can be used on phones, tablets, laptops, computers and SmartTV's.
Click here for a step by step process on how to download zoom to your phone or tablet. If you are using a desktop computer or a laptop you will not need to download the zoom app, simply click on the link sent to you.

You should recieve your Zoom link up to 24 hours in advnace of your session starting. This will be a clickable link that will open Zoom in your web browser if you are using a laptop or desktop computer. If you are using a phone or tablet then you will need to download the Zoom app from either the apple or goolge app store. You will need to sign up and create a free account to then be able to join.
Santa's Elves would recommed that you use a desktop, laptop or smart TV for your Santa at Home session. However, a tablet or a smart phone will also be able to create a magical experience for all involved.
Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection prior to joining the Zoom call.
The person who books the session is responsible for sending on the Zoom link to all participants. You will receive your Zoom link once you have filled out the additional information required. The JotForm detailing the information needed will be included in your confirmation email and on the confirmation page at time of booking.
Santa's elves would advise you join the Zoom call 5 minutes before it is due to start.
Make sure you have your camera and microphone on, so Santa can hear and see you.
If you would like to be able to see everyone during your session make sure you select "gallery" view in Zoom.
If you would just like to see Santa then right click in the small dots in the right hand top corner and slect "Pin". This will keep Santa on your screen with all other participants down the side of your screen. You can also minimise the side bar by selcting the small line at the top left corner.
No worries, one of Santa's elves will be on stand by to ensure everything goes smoothly and record your video interaction with Santa.
You will provide them after checkout via a JotForm along with other additional information. We will verify all the information with you before the session. The JotForm link will appear in your confirmation screen after booking and in the confirmation email. If you did not receive this or need the form sent again please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your booking will be in British GMT. We have slots available from 10am - 8pm. All sessions will be in English.

Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Yes, please email email@example.com to organise a relaxed session. If you have already booked a session and require it to be relaxed please include your order number in your email.

We will aim to send out the recoring of your Santa at Home session up to 3 days after your session finishes.
